A scented neck roll with removable cover that heats in the microwave to soothe your aching neck or back; a spa bag with double chenille washcloth to carry personal items, shampoo & cream and a scented frog comfort pillow for bedtime or as an eye pillow! Make our quick and easy versions or the deluxe chenille models with hand-stitching. We used #90 cheesecloth for our chenille samples on the front cover. 1 sheet is included in pattern of: Chenille the Easy Way by Carol Moffat of Casu Design

NECK ROLL
2/3 yd. fabric
2" - 1" wide Velcro
thread
6 cups flax or rice or wheat

CHENILLE NECK ROLL
2/3 yd. fabric (base & top)
1 yd. fabric scraps of fabric (for applique)
2" -1" wide Velcro
thread
1 pkg. embroidery floss
2 small buttons
6 cups flax or rice or wheat
1-4 pkg. fabric dye (if using #90 cheesecloth)

SPA BAG
2/3 yd. fabric
1/3 yd. lining
¼ yd. interlining (polyester or cotton batting)
21/3 yd.
narrow satin cord or ribbon
4 buttons
1 pkg. single fold bias tape
thread

WASH CLOTH
1/3 yd. fabric (base)
2/3 yd. fabric (for chenilling)
1 pkg. double-fold bias-tape
thread

FROG PILLOW
1/3 yd. fabric
1½ cup rice or flax or wheat
thread

CHENILLE FROG PILLOW
1/3 yd. fabric
2/3 yd. fabric
1 pkg. fabric dye (if using #90 cheesecloth)
1½ cups rice or flax or wheat
thread

OPTIONAL For Aromatherapy Neck Roll use:
½ cup lavender & ¼ cup rosemary or
½ lavender & ¼ cup spearmint or
¼ cup crushed cinnamon sticks & cloves
For Frog - use 2T. each of above combinations
